The East Kalimantan Provincial Government awarded PT Pelabuhan Samudera Palaran (PSP) with the Gold category for its participation in implementing HIV AIDS prevention and control programs in the workplace.
This award was given on April 25 2018 during an apple at Merdeka Square, Balikpapan City to commemorate the 2018 National Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Month. This time the apple took the theme “Through Occupational Health and Safety Culture, We Form a Nation with Character”
Samudera Indonesia always prioritizes aspects of health, safety, and environment (HSE) in every operational activity. Of course, this award is one form of the HSE program that is well implemented in the PSP work environment so that it gets appreciation from external parties. This achievement cannot be separated from the support and enthusiasm of all PSP employees and management. Hopefully this achievement can inspire all work units in Samudera Indonesia to always pay attention to the HSE aspect in their work.
