Notified to all shareholders of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk, the following is attached the information contained in the Information Disclosure made in order to comply with the provisions of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan ("OJK") as stipulated in the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions (hereinafter referred to as “POJK 42/2020”), in connection with the sale and purchase affiliate transaction and transfer of a motor tanker named Sinar Busan between the Controlled Companies of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk.
