Referring to the Invitation for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”), which was announced through Kompas newspaper, IDX’s website, and the Company's website on June 7, 2022 (the “GMS Invitation”), it is hereby notified to the Shareholders of the Company that the EGMS’s convention with the stock split agenda which previously scheduled:

Will be postponed until further determined by the Company subject to approval from the authorized body.
Other agendas and matters which are not changed as per this Revision to the GMS, as well as the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be convened as per the Invitation for the Meeting on June 7, 2022.
